- Bookmarks stand behind the card. Thread bookmarks now rise from behind the agent's card, the way bookmarks stand out of a book, instead of sitting over its header. The header no longer keeps space for them.
- Easier to tell apart. Each bookmark has a notched top, and the thread on screen stands tallest.
- Waiting threads are easier to spot. When you are waiting for an answer in a thread, its green light now sits on the tip of the bookmark, where it shows on any colour.
- Selection stays clear. The selection outline now runs unbroken in front of the bookmarks.
